What You'll do:

Acting as a technical focal point in your area of expertise, providing guidance and solutions for complex network challenges.

- Troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical issues, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution.

  • - Conducting regular assessments of client network infrastructures, identifying opportunities for improvements and technological advancements.

  • - Providing technical consulting to internal and external clients, ensuring the proper and secure implementation of network solutions.

  • - Continuously reviewing and enhancing network monitoring strategies to maintain optimal performance and security.


  • What You Are:

    You have extensive experience in network administration, particularly in large enterprise environments. Experience in shared managed services is a plus.

    - You are a trusted technical expert, capable of building credibility and confidence when interacting with technical teams, middle management, and executives.

    - You have strong knowledge of networking, including protocols, security, and IT infrastructure.

    - You excel at problem-solving and troubleshooting, with a solid track record of investigating and resolving complex network issues.

    - You are open to occasional travel and out-of-hours interventions when necessary.

    - You hold a CCNP certification or higher (mandatory), and additional relevant certifications are highly valued.

    - You have hands-on experience with a significant portion of the following technologies, with Cisco ACI being mandatory:

    Routing/Switching/Wireless: Cisco Routers, Cisco Nexus & Catalyst Switches, Cisco Wireless LAN Controller

    Security: Cisco Firepower FTD, Cisco ASA/ASDM, Cisco ISE, Palo Alto, Fortigate, Checkpoint

    Load-Balancing: F5 LTM, F5 GTM, F5 ASM, Citrix ADC (Netscaler), Kemp

    SD-WAN & Network Management: Cisco DNA, Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco Prime
