What You'll do:

- Develop and manage solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for digital content personalization.

- Implement and optimize Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to unify and segment customer data.

- Create and manage personalized campaigns and customer journeys with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

- Integrate Adobe solutions with CRM, e-commerce, and marketing automation platforms.

- Collaborate with development, marketing, and IT teams to enhance customer experience strategies.

- Monitor and analyze solution performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

What You Are:

- Hands-on experience with AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms.

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP).

- Experience using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for omnichannel campaign personalization.

- Fluent in English.
