What youll do:

- Ability to document processes, status reports and project communications; mo CRM Delivery Manager, the resource will work on different tasks such as:

- Reviewing and maintaining the backlog of projects and activities with the business units;

- Prioritising tasks based on their business value to the company;

- Helping prioritise and negotiate deliveries with internal stakeholders; 

- Defining schedules and delivery deadlines for projects; 

- Coordinating teams involved in projects, ensuring effective communication between all members; 

- Implementing best practices and processes in the CRM field;

- Promoting continuous improvement of the processes and systems in use; 

- Providing technical and functional support for the CRM solutions implemented.


Who you are:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in implementing CRM solutions (Microsoft Dynamics and SAP Commerce preferred); 

- Experience and in-depth knowledge of CRM-related business processes, especially in the Lead-to-Quote domain; 

- Experience in project management methodologies; 

- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop teams; 

- Ability to analyse and interpret data to make informed decisions and improve processes; 

- Ability to analyse requirements and technical specifications; 

- Skills to negotiate deadlines, resources and expectations with internal and external stakeholders;

- Knowledge of best practices and industry standards for CRM implementation and management;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with different levels of the organisation and clients.
