What You'll do:

- Design, develop, and optimize chatbots and voicebots to enhance user interactions.

- Leverage NLP and NLU technologies to improve virtual agents, text analytics, search, and knowledge management.

- Utilize COGNIGY to build and deploy intelligent conversational AI solutions.

- Research and apply machine learning frameworks and technologies to develop working prototypes.

- Train dialog systems using historical chat conversations and large datasets of user-generated content.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance chatbot performance and user experience.

What You Are:

- Proficient in a common programming language such as Java or Python.

- Experienced in chatbot and voicebot design and development.

- Skilled in NLP, NLU, virtual agents, and text analytics.

- A COGNIGY expert with hands-on experience in building conversational AI solutions.

- A problem solver who applies ML frameworks and technologies to real-world applications.

- Knowledgeable in training and fine-tuning dialog systems using large-scale data.

- Passionate about conversational AI, always exploring new advancements in the field.
