What You'll do:

- Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business needs;

- Manage Microsoft Field Service processes, including resource scheduling and work orders;

- Lead and coordinate small teams for efficient task execution;

- Collaborate in Agile environments, using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps;

- Communicate effectively in English to support international projects.

What You Are:

- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics365;

- Microsoft field service (extra);

- Knowledge of Agile tools from a user perspective;

- Willing to work in hybrid mode (2 days in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays) (Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra);

- English is essential, as the project is international.
