What you'll do:

- Lead and manage teams, ensuring efficient task delegation and project execution.

- Oversee software project management, from planning to deployment, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

- Define and manage tasks, optimizing workflows and team productivity.

- Work with standard software stacks such as LAMP and ASP.NET for application development and deployment.

- Design and implement system architecture patterns for scalable and maintainable applications.

- Manage and optimize databases (SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB), ensuring high performance and reliability.

- Configure and maintain web servers (IIS, Apache) to support application infrastructure.

- Apply process design methodologies to streamline and enhance business operations.

Who you are:

- A project manager skilled in software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

- Proficient in standard software stacks, system architecture, and database management.

- Experienced in web server administration and application hosting.

- Analytical and process-oriented, with experience in workflow and process design.

- A problem solver who can anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions.

- A collaborative communicator, able to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
