What You'll do:

- Platform engineering: Design, deploy, and manage robust infrastructure solutions primarily on AWS and Nutanix, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security;

- Automation & scripting: Develop and implement REST APIs, automation workflows and configuration management scripts to streamline infrastructure deployment and management;

- Infrastructure optimization: Modernize legacy systems for optimal cloud performance, maximizing resource efficiency and ensuring cost-effective operations;

- Collaboration: Work closely with other agile cross-functional teams, including our IT service delivery organization, data analytics and integration teams, to build and maintain a cohesive and secure IT ecosystem;

- Documentation & best practices: Document configurations, standards, and best practices to maintain consistency and compliance across the infrastructure.

What You Are:

- + 3 years of experience as a Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Automation Specialist or DevOps engineer with significant experience with scripting and/or programming languages for the automation of IT infrastructure (e.g Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, Rundeck);

- A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field;

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Cloudformation);

- Knowledge and experience with (hybrid) cloud services (e.g. AWS EC2, RDS, ECS, ELB, Lambda and Nutanix);

- Experience with containerization technologies is a big plus (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes);

- Familiar with Git and managing CI/CD pipelines;

- Experience with Linux system administration is a big plus;

- A proactive approach to exploring new technologies and implementing forward-thinking solutions;

-  Hybrid work model in Lisbon, Coimbra or Castelo Branco.
