What you'll do:

- Customize SAP HCM, configure and implement the SAP HCM PA module, ensuring it meets business requirements and optimizes HR processes

- Provide end-user support: troubleshooting issues, and offering post-implementation support to ensure smooth system operation

- Perform testing on custom configurations and system updates, resolving issues and ensuring alignment with user needs

- Continuously analyze existing HR processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending SAP HCM PA best practices

- Prepare technical documentation and reports, including configuration details, process flows, and user guides.

- Hybrid Work Model 



Who you are:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;

- 1 to 6 years of experience with customizing SAP HCM, particularly the PA (Personnel Administration) module;

- Knowledge in Time Management SAP module is a plus;

- Fluency in English.
