What you'll do:

- Collaborating with the team to ensure knowledge sharing & side effect identification

- Promoting usage of global business processes

- Follow guidance & policies in terms of documentation & process

- Identify potential risks & blocking points

- Supporting business users to ensure maximum level of adherence to solution

- Receive escalation from L2 & provide expertise for root cause analysis &/or conduct solution fixing

- Elaborate design for enhancement request, assuring it complies w/ existing core solution

- Prepare general & detailed specification in accordance with the methodology & quality expectation

- Ensuring verification testing & regression testing on solution

- Hybrid model once a week (Lisbon or Porto)



Who you are:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;

- +4 years of experience as a SAP Functional Consultant;

- Solid experience in SD Module.

- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (B2/C1)

Nice to have:

- Technical SAP basis knowledge for incident troubleshooting

- Basic knowledge of SAP CS module
