What You'll do:

- Database Administration: Configure, monitor, and maintain optimized Microsoft SQL Server databases. Implement high-availability architectures (AlwaysOn, failover clusters, replication) and disaster recovery strategies (mirroring, log shipping).

- System Maintenance & Monitoring: Perform routine maintenance, including backups, restorations, and performance tuning. Use monitoring tools to analyze logs and suggest improvements to internal teams.

- SQL Solution Development: Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and views for mission-critical systems. Develop and integrate data processing pipelines using ETL tools like SSIS.

- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to optimize queries and adapt infrastructures to project needs. Provide technical support and develop customized solutions for performance issues.

- Infrastructure Planning: Continuously improve database infrastructures, aligning them with technological trends. Implement scalable data solutions to support big data analysis and business intelligence.

What You Are:

- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in SQL solution development.

- Proactive and able to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.

- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL database management (including SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS), with hands-on experience in SQL Server 20082022 installation and configuration.

- Experience in database migration to cloud environments and DevOps practices for databases (CI/CD).

- Familiarity with data infrastructure integration for analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).

- At least two certifications in database-related areas, such as: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Data Management and Analytics; Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals; Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: SQL Server 2012/2014
