What You Are:

- Education: Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field;

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year or 3 years, depending on the role level;

- Technical Skills: Development of microservices using Java and Quarkus;

- Experience with relational and non-relational databases;

- Proficiency in Docker.;

- Knowledge of DevOps practices;

- Communication: Strong written and spoken communication skills in Portuguese;

- Hybrid Work Model



Nice to have:

- Experience with reactive programming (Mutiny, Hibernate Reactive, etc.);

- Knowledge of native compilation/GraalVM;

- Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, and OpenShift;

- Familiarity with Azure, Istio, and ELK stack;

- Frontend experience with React and Next.js;

- Java certifications;

- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
