We are looking for a professional to join a client team

What you will do

• Experience working with APM (Ex: Dynatrace).
• Experience in working ITSM systems (For example: Service Now).
• Experience in process automation (Python/bash).
• Experience from the user's point of view in querying logs in Kibana.
• 2-3 Years of experience in TIBCO Business Works technology (container version preferred).
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Availability to learn technical/application support for Microservices (Java). and APIs (IBM Connect)
• Availability to carry out prevention.

Who you are

• Use and configure APM (Application Performance Monitoring), such as Dynatrace, to monitor and improve system performance. 
• Develop and implement process automation using languages such as Python and bash, with the aim of optimizing operations and reducing possible failures. 
• Use log analysis tools, such as Kibana, to interpret and resolve technical issues from logs. 
• Provide support for systems based on TIBCO Business Works technology.
