What You'll do:

-  Participate in RPA projects involving analysis, implementation, and maintenance of automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop;

- Collaborate in the functional analysis of business processes, contributing to process understanding and documentation;

- Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions, ensuring quality and alignment with business needs;

- Work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate functional requirements into technical specifications;

- Support the continuous improvement of automation solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team;

- Provide training and support to end users as part of project delivery when required;

- Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

- Academic background in Computer Engineering, other Engineering disciplines, or similar technical education;

- 2+ years of professional experience in RPA projects (mandatory);

- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop (mandatory);

- Knowledge of other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a strong plus;

- Familiarity with other components of the Microsoft Power Platform is valued;

- Experience in delivering complex automation projects, including functional specification, technical design, development, testing, and training.
