What you'll do:

- Support the Product Owner in effective product backlog management and value-driven prioritization;

- Ensure proper understanding of product planning within the given environment;

- Identify and proactively remove technical, organizational, and people-related impediments;

- Act as an internal Agile coach, enabling teams to become fully agile and self-organized;

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile practices;

- Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the team;

- Hybrid work model; 

Who you are:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead;

- Scrum Master certification;

- Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban);

- Experience with Agile estimating and planning;

- Strong knowledge of Scrum ceremonies and artifacts;

- Knowledge of Agile software engineering practices (automated testing, CI/CD, TDD);

- Understanding of Agile metrics (velocity vs productivity);

- Experience with Jira and Confluence;

- Experience in software development (valued);

- Knowledge of Software Craftsmanship practices;

- Strong communication, analysis, and listening skills;

- Strong team spirit, proactivity, autonomy, openness, and willingness to learn;

- Fluent in English;
