What you'll do:

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure Agile best practices are followed.

- Support the Product Owner in managing and refining the product backlog to maximize value delivery.

Identify and remove impediments that may impact team performance, whether technical, organizational, or people-related.

Act as a coach for the team, fostering a self-organized, high-performing Agile culture.

Drive Agile Estimating & Planning to improve predictability and delivery efficiency.

Implement Agile Software Engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, and Test-Driven Development.

Track and analyze key Agile metrics such as velocity and productivity to improve team performance.

Utilize Jira and Confluence for Agile project tracking and documentation.

- Hybrid Model (3 to 4 days a week in Lisbon)

Who you are:

- A certified Scrum Master with at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead.

Highly knowledgeable in Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban).

Experienced in Agile software engineering practices, including CI/CD and automated testing.

Skilled in facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management to drive Agile transformation. 

A strong communicator with excellent coaching and mentoring skills to support team growth.

Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment, with English proficiency at C1 level or above.
