What You'll do:

- Work with Java Backend development, using Java 8 or higher;
- Develop and maintain applications following Microservices and Hexagonal-based architectures;
- Working with RDBMS such as Oracle, PostgreSQL and SQL, as well as using JPA and Hibernate;
- Create and maintain applications using the Spring framework and Spring Boot;
- Implementing and maintaining continuous integration and delivery pipelines;
- Working in an agile environment using Scrum methodologies;
- Assisting and providing technical support to team members, especially the more junior ones, as well as being a role model within the team.

What You Are:

- Experience with Java Backend development (5+ years for Senior, 8+ years for Lead);
- Solid knowledge of Java 8 or higher;
- Experience with Spring/Spring Boot;
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL);
Experience with JPA and Hibernate.
- Knowledge of application architecture, especially Microservices and Hexagonal;
- Experience with CI/CD processes;
- Experience with onboarding new team members (Lead Developer)
- Ability to provide technical support and act as a reference for the team; (Lead Developer)
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Frontend development in JavaScript/TypeScript (Angular or other UI framework);
- Experience with AWS or another cloud platform;
- Ability to solve problems and logical thinking;
- Continuous interest in learning and professional growth;
- Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum.
