What You'll do:

- Participating in analysing and troubleshooting incidents to ensure operational continuity.;

- Contributing to the life cycle of solutions using modern technologies;

- Preparing and updating process documentation in Confluence;

- Managing Kafka clusters on the Confluent platform efficiently and securely;

- Coordinating and managing internal projects in the area, ensuring quality deliveries;

- Supervising the offloading of data from the Mainframe to distributed systems (Mainframe -> Oracle; Mainframe -> Kafka Topics -> MongoDB);

- Identifying and presenting improvement proposals for continuous optimisation;

- Implement best security practices in line with corporate standards;

- Automating processes and collecting metrics to monitor performance and capacity.

What You Are:

- Practical experience with Kafka components on the Confluent platform;

- Solid knowledge of microservices architecture;

- Analytical skills with a critical spirit and constructive approach;

- Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA and Service Now;

- Proactivity, organisation and autonomy in the performance of tasks;

- Team spirit and ease of interpersonal relationships;

- Experience with monitoring, observability and automation tools;

- Knowledge of Spanish and English will be valued;

- Portuguese Fluent and located in Portugal;

- Hybrid Work Model.
