What You'll Do:

Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform, tailoring solutions to meet business needs.

  • - Implement new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

  • - Maintain and optimize existing functionalities to guarantee platform stability and performance.

  • - Leverage expertise in JavaScript and web technologies (HTML, CSS) to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

  • - Integrate the ServiceNow platform with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation.

  • - Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues, providing high-quality support to end-users and stakeholders.

  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide insights, and deliver scalable solutions.

  • - Work in Hybrid Regime (Lisbon or Porto)

    What You Are:

    - A minimum of 5 years of experience in platform development and administration.

    Proficient in JavaScript and knowledgeable in web technologies such as HTML and CSS.

  • - Experienced in working with REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations and data workflows.

  • - Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.

  • - A collaborative professional with excellent communication skills in English, capable of working seamlessly in diverse and dynamic teams.

  • - Adaptable and committed to continuous learning, staying updated on ServiceNow platform advancements and trends.
  • - Fluent in English.
