What You'll do:

- Monitoring and maintaining the integration between Salesforce and Genesys, ensuring the efficiency and correctness of interactions between CRM and communication systems;

- Provide technical support and maintenance for the Salesforce and Genesys platforms, including updates, corrections and implementation of new functionalities;

- Identifying, diagnosing and resolving complex problems in multi-platform environments;

- Develop technical documentation and support procedures to ensure best practices on both platforms.

What You Are:

- Experience in Genesys, especially in personalisation, data management and process automation;

- Problem-solving and diagnostic skills, applicable to a wide range of information systems and applications;

- Knowledge of corrective maintenance and technical support, including experience in analysing and resolving incidents on a daily basis, root cause analysis and creating problem reports;

- Technical experience in supporting Java APIs (valued);

- Technical experience supporting Angular, Java, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, CSS (valued);

- Knowledge of Genesys CTI solutions, with the ability to integrate and manage interactions between telephone systems and computers (valued);

- Knowledge of Spanish and English will be valued;

- Portuguese Fluent and located in Portugal;

- Hybrid Work Model.
