What You'll do:

- Develop and enhance PL/SQL solutions, ensuring optimal performance and maintainability;

- Understand and adapt existing code to meet business requirements;

- Collaborate with teams to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions;

- Contribute to an Agile environment, following SCRUM methodologies;

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation;

- Hybrid Remote Model.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PL/SQL development;

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Advanced level of English;

- Knowledge or interest in backend programming (Java, C#, Shell scripting, or Python) is a plus;

- Experience with GIT or other source control tools is a plus;

- Interest in the banking industry is valued.
