We are looking for a professional to join a client team

Who you are:

-Professional Experience: Previous experience in project management, including leading teams and coordinating resources, preferably in similar contexts.

-Leadership Skills: Ability to act as the owner's representative and lead the project team.

-Resource Management: Experience in organizing and coordinating project resources, including facilities, engineering, and construction teams from both the client and the responsible suppliers.

-Impact Assessment: Experience in validating shared site assessments regarding separation impacts (Administrative / Laboratories / Plants).

-Asset Identification: Ability to identify assets and networks related to the client that need to be separated.

-Subproject Management: Experience in monitoring the progress of subprojects and coordinating their actions on local sites.

-Effective Communication: Ability to communicate and collaborate with IT Product Owners, project managers, and Service Delivery Managers.

-Risk Management: Competence in maintaining a weekly one-page status report and updating project risks.

-Results Orientation: Focus on ensuring project success by adhering to budget, planning, quality, and other critical factors.

-Simplification and Improvement: Ability to suggest simplifications and improvements based on client needs.

What you'll do:

-Representation and Leadership: Act as the owner's representative and lead the project team, ensuring all goals and expectations are met.

-Organization and Coordination: Organize and coordinate project resources, including facilities, engineering, and construction teams from both the client and responsible suppliers.

-Validation of Assessments: In collaboration with the client, validate shared site assessments regarding separation impacts in administrative areas, laboratories, and plants.

-Asset Identification and Separation: Identify assets and networks related to the client that need to be separated and ensure their proper segregation.

-Subproject Follow-Up: Monitor the progress of subprojects and coordinate their actions on local sites, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

-Reporting and Updates: Maintain a weekly one-page status report and update project risks, ensuring information is always current.

-Project Success: Ensure the success of the project by adhering to budget, schedule, quality, and other critical factors.

-Project Progress: Work with the Delivery Lead to drive the project's progress and ensure successful completion.

-Suggestions for Improvement: Propose simplifications for processes that do not add value to the client and suggest improvements where needed.

-Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with IT Product Owners, project managers, and Service Delivery Managers to ensure accurate and timely information sharing.
