What You'll Do:

- Work under agile methodologies, using tools like JIRA and Confluence, to develop and deliver efficient digital solutions.

- Conduct detailed requirements gathering for digital projects, including web and mobile platforms, focusing on multichannel solutions.

- Work alongside cross-functional teams to achieve common goals, coordinating efforts to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions.

- Responsible for defining processes for the rollout of digital projects, ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of solutions.

- Apply analytical skills to identify issues and propose solutions, ensuring quality and continuity of projects.

- Continuously monitor and optimize processes to improve performance and the final customer experience.

- Work in Hybrid Regime (Lisbon)

What You Are:

- At least 3 years of experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), you are able to quickly adapt to new working approaches and collaborate with diverse teams;

- You have experience with digital projects focused on the end customer, across both web and mobile platforms, with prior knowledge of the financial sector being a plus.

- You have strong analytical problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills, both in English and Spanish (desired).

-  You are an organized, self-sufficient, and proactive individual, able to quickly learn and work independently, but also know how to collaborate effectively in a team.

- You take responsibility seriously and are always ready to adapt to new challenges, showing dynamism in your daily work.
