What You'll do:

- You will define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision of our system to ensure an ideal fit to its intended purpose;

- Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems;

- Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices;

- Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and process functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security;

- Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues;

- Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements;

- Interact with clients, provide cloud support, and make recommendations based on client needs;

- You will validate technology assumptions, evaluate implementation alternatives and elaborate on system architecture;

- You are collaborating with various roles and teams to align on architecture topics and evolve the overall product landscape;

- You will plan and design service ecosystems, using agile methodologies and being responsible for integral parts of our technical roadmap;

- Advise your colleagues and other teams on all questions around cloud system architecture in the domain and work together on continuously improving the architecture, services and processes;

- Take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks, searching for innovative and pragmatic solutions. You are a result-oriented individual;

What You Are:

- Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, IT architecture, or similar fields, with proven experience in international, complex software projects;

- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent professional expertise;

- Cloud & DevOps: Strong experience with AWS (Associate-level certification or higher), Infrastructure-as-Code, PaaS, CI/CD, monitoring, and DevSecOps principles;

- Development Skills: Proficient in Python (Flask required), with solid software development knowledge (preferably in Java). Familiar with Git, Jira, and Confluence;

- Architecture & Practices: Deep understanding of Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and software design patterns, focusing on quality, maintainability, and usability;

- Methodologies: Agile mindset, experience with SAFe is a plus;

- Soft Skills: Excellent English communication skills, self-organized, proactive, curious, results-driven, and passionate about problem-solving and continuous improvement. Empathetic and clear in collaboration.
