What You'll do:

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-level integration solutions;

- Define integration architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices;

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery;

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration developers;

- Conduct architectural reviews and ensure compliance with security and governance policies;

- Develop and maintain integration architecture documentation;

- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements and innovations;

- Perform capacity planning and performance tuning for integration solutions;

- Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters preferred);

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in integration architecture and design;

- At least 5 years of experience in MuleSoft development;

- Extensive knowledge of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and other integration technologies;

- Strong understanding of SOA, ESB, and API management;

- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful and SOAP web services;

- Expertise in API-led and RESTful design patterns;

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;

- Ability to align technology solutions with business objectives strategically;

- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Developer certification is a plus;

- Fluency in Portuguese.



Nice to have:

- Experience with cloud integration services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins);

- Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques;

- Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies;

- Intermediate English proficiency;

- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
