What You'll do:

- Analyze and resolve AMS (Application Maintenance Services) tickets efficiently.

- Configure SAP FICO processes to align with client business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with SD, MM, and other SAP modules.

- Utilize service-specific tools and procedures to optimize operations.

- Identify opportunities to enhance business processes using new SAP functionalities.

- Investigate and resolve recurring issues by identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.

- Maintain and update all SAP documentation and knowledge databases.

- Develop detailed technical specifications for the ABAP team

What You Are:

- SAP FICO professional with deep knowledge of SAP FI implementation processes.

- Experienced in AMS (Application Maintenance Services) and troubleshooting complex SAP issues.

- Skilled in SAP configuration, cross-module integration, and business process optimization.

- Strong in technical and user-focused communication, with the ability to document and explain solutions clearly.

- Bonus skills include debugging and ABAP knowledge, experience with IDOCs, LSMW, authorization roles, and familiarity with S/4HANA.

- A team player who thrives in a global, collaborative, and Agile-driven work environment.

- Ready to travel occasionally to meet business needs and support global teams.
