We are looking for a professional to join a client team

What you will do

- Design and implement scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions;

- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions;

- Configure and customize Service Cloud features;

- Lead system integrations with other enterprise platforms;

- Ensure best practices in architecture and development;

- Provide post-implementation support and lead technical teams;

Who you are

- 3 to 4 years of experience working with Salesforce, with a focus on Service Cloud;

- Strong expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud features (cases, knowledge base, Omni-Channel).

- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components);

- Experience in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware;

- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, security, and data governance;

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams;

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
