What You'll do:

- Provide innovative Cloud and DevOps solutions to enhance industrialization, productivity, efficiency, and time-to-market;

- Monitor and track environment performance and capacity;

- Deliver critical in-house IT and Business solutions, leveraging expertise across project management, architecture, design, development, and operations;

- Participate in team discussions to define the best architecture for applications;

- Lead process improvement, re-engineering efforts, and solution design to address gaps identified during reviews;

- Ensure code quality and develop system architectures compatible with user requirements;

- Debug and optimize code, automate repetitive manual tasks, and streamline delivery workflows;

- Review and update technical documentation as needed;

- Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cloud & DevOps Engineer;

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and version control systems like GitHub or GitLab;

- Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux OS security, including infrastructure components;

- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code tools, especially Terraform;

- Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance;

- Proven background in managing and delivering software or infrastructure development projects;

- Experience with SaaS application design and maintenance, including systems, networks, and end-user computing;

- Solid skills in process improvement, root-cause analysis, and re-engineering initiatives;

- Strong knowledge of database management and scalability (e.g., MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB);

- Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
