What You'll do:
- Leading the detailed design and implementation of SuccessFactors solutions based on business requirements.
- Performing system configuration and ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Managing and executing testing processes, including Non-Regression, Regression, System Integration, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Preparing and executing cut-over activities and ensuring smooth deployment to Production.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, training materials, and testing documentation.
- Conducting knowledge transfer and training sessions to support end-user adoption.
- Hybrid Model (Lisbon/Porto)
What You Are:
- Experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 3 to 7 years in design, implementation, and optimization of HR solutions.
- Strong expertise in Employee Central, Role-Based Permissions, and system configuration.
- Skilled in testing, deployment, and system integration within complex projects.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, ensuring high-quality documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Fluent in English
