What youll do:

- Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability;

- Ensure the reliability and security of the backend infrastructure through best practices and regular code reviews;

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner;

- Contribute to the architecture and design discussions, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table;

- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Who you are:

- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer;

- Proficiency in JVM languages such as Java or Kotlin;

- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems;

- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines;

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities;

- Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory;

- Remote work model.
