What You'll do:

Develop comprehensive test plans and integration testing strategies;

Define test objectives, scope, and success criteria;

Prioritize test cases based on risk and business impact;

Execute both manual and automated integration tests to validate interactions between software components;

Simulate real-world scenarios to assess system behavior under various conditions;

Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools;

Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, resolve, and verify defects;

Perform regression testing to confirm issue resolution and system stability;

Implement and maintain automated integration tests using internal tools;

Continuously improve automation coverage and test efficiency;

Participate in design/code reviews and provide QA input;

Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure business requirements are reflected in test plans;

Provide detailed test reports, coverage metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders;

Highlight risks and issues to management in a timely manner;

Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools;

Mentor junior QA engineers and share best practices within the team;

What You Are:

Minimum of 3 years' experience testing back-end or middleware system applications;

Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting (Python);

Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies;

Experience with Linux OS and related commands;

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills;

Experience testing in Banking or Brokerage systems (Cash and/or Derivatives Market) is a plus;

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Developers, BAs, PMs);

Excellent communication and reporting skills;

High attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle integration issues;

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing technologies and requirements;

Fluent in English.
