What You'll do:

- Provide Level 1/2 technical support across applications, networks, systems (Linux, Windows, Solaris), databases, and security;

- Prioritize and resolve faults or queries across a range of systems for both internal and external clients;

- Troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure, applications, networks, databases, and security;

- Actively participate in serious incident, problem, and change management;

- Implement improvements to services and ensure best support practices;

- Perform QA testing after changes and undertake project work as required;

- Work in a shift-based 24/7 operational environment, collaborating with global teams;

- Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

- Degree, CET, or equivalent in a computer-related field;

- Strong enthusiasm and a collaborative attitude;

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Portuguese;

- Strong interpersonal skills;

- Technical proficiency in at least some of the following areas:

> Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, Solaris; 

> Databases: MS SQL, Oracle; 

> Monitoring Systems: Nagios; 

> Networking: Juniper, Cisco;

> Security: TCP/IP, TCPdump, Nessus, Snort.


Nice To Have:

- Knowledge of financial markets, Equities, and Derivatives (Futures, Options/Warrants);

- Familiarity with ITIL framework and processes;

- Experience with scripting languages (Shell, Perl, PHP, Python).
