What You'll do:

- Supervise data offloading from Mainframe to distributed systems (Mainframe Oracle, Mainframe Kafka Topics MongoDB);

- Manage Kafka clusters on the Confluent platform;

- Participate in incident analysis and troubleshooting;

- Propose and present improvement initiatives;

- Manage internal projects within the department;

- Implement security best practices in accordance with corporate standards;

- Participate in the full lifecycle of solutions using these technologies;

- Automate and collect performance and capacity metrics;

- Document team processes in Confluence;

- Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

- Solid experience with Kafka components on the Confluent platform;

- Experience with data offloading and replication is a plus;

- Knowledge of microservices architecture;

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;

- Experience with the following technologies/tools:
