What You'll do:

- Lead and participate in custom development projects, contributing your expertise in .NET Core Frameworks to build and maintain scalable, efficient applications.

- Implement Rest APIs, ensuring optimal performance, security, and ease of integration with other services and applications.

- Utilize Dependency Injection (IoC) to build loosely coupled and maintainable code that supports long-term sustainability.

- Work with SQL Server to design, implement, and optimize database queries and ensure seamless data integration.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, and aligning on project requirements, timelines, and expectations.

- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in the development process to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Apply Agile methodologies to work efficiently and iteratively, continuously improving the development process and the end product.

- Utilize Azure DevOps tools (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, and Artifacts) to manage tasks, source code, and deployments, following best practices for version control and continuous integration.

What You Are:

- A highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in custom development projects.

- Proficient in .NET Core Frameworks and experienced with Dependency Injection (IoC) and Rest API development.

- A strong communicator, able to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.

- Detail-oriented and able to anticipate potential risks, taking steps to minimize them early in the development process.

- Familiar with Agile development practices and passionate about continuous improvement in the software development lifecycle.

- A self-driven professional with a solid understanding of best practices, such as SOLID principles (optional).

- Knowledgeable in Blazor and Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts) is a plus.
