We are looking for a professional to join a client team

What you will do

- Lead the team in analyzing requirements, designing and implementing technical solutions;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into viable and effective technical solutions;
- Ensuring code quality, performance and scalability of the applications developed;
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members in the definition and implementation of technical solutions;
- Identifying risks and drawing up contingency plans;
- Keeping up to date with technological trends and applying this knowledge to decision-making.

Who you are

- Degree in Computer Science, Management Informatics or similar;
- More than 5 years in development using the Outsystems platform;
- Proven track record in technical leadership, guiding teams towards project success;
- Ability to set priorities, manage resources and meet deadlines;
- Good knowledge of software architecture (cloud, on-premises, microservices), development best practices and integration between systems;
- Good ability to analyze and collaborate with the team to translate customer requirements into viable and effective technical solutions;
- Good team spirit and proactive attitude;
- Communication, leadership, risk identification and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases as well as programming languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML and CSS will be valued.
