What you'll do:

- Develop, implement, and maintain solutions using IBM BPM and ODM.

- Work on projects for process integration and automation.

- Collaborate with the team to identify requirements and provide efficient solutions.

- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand business needs.

- Document processes and solutions developed

Who you are:

- 3 years of experience in IBM BPM and ODM

- Knowledge of Filenet is a plus

- Ability to work in a hybrid model, with availability to go to the office in Lisbon

- Fluency in Portuguese and basic knowledge of English

- Strong teamwork skills and good communication
