What You'll do:

- Meticulous development (design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance and documentation) of complex applications;

- Deliver smart and bug free logic;

- Ensure developments are done following instructions and standards set on development and change management;

- Correctly and timely handle incidents related to applications developed by you or your department;

- Assist in implementing changes or applications by providing training, writing manuals, or otherwise assisting end or key-users;

- Hybrid Work Model; 

Who You Are:

- Bachelor or university degree in IT development;

- At least 3 - 4 years of working experience in a similar role;

- At least 3 years of proper knowledge and experience in software development using OutSystems;

- Proper analytical skills;

- Flexible, independent, innovative, proactive, and responsible towards team and tasks;

- Result-oriented and decisive when decision-making is required;

- Fluent in English, both written and reading;

- Above average communication and social skills;

- Insurance business knowledge could be a plus;
