What You'll do:

- Develop and maintain AI models and applications using Python;

- Implement, test, and optimize machine learning algorithms;

- Integrate AI solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem;

- Ensure code quality and document all developments;

- Collaborate with the Technical Lead and other developers to deliver high-quality outputs;

- Participate in client meetings to provide updates on progress and address issues;

- Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

- +3 years of experience in AI project development or Python-focused software development;

- Proficiency in Python development;

- Experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc;

- Familiarity with Microsoft AI/Cloud ecosystem (Azure, ML, Cognitive Services); Gen AI/Agentic AI is a plus;

- Fluent in Portuguese and professional-level English;

- Proactive, eager to learn, and collaborative team player;

- Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and team members;

- Commitment to quality and meeting deadlines.
