What You'll do:

- Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure platform architectures across middleware, cloud, and containerized environments;

- Lead architecture definition and modernization initiatives involving technologies such as Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, SOA, ServiceBus, and Tuxedo;

- Define and oversee integration strategies between enterprise systems and LAMP stack applications;

- Drive cloud adoption by designing cloud-native and hybrid solutions, ensuring compliance with architectural and security best practices;

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement automation, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous improvement of deployment processes;

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and infrastructure teams;

- Conduct system assessments, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reliability;

- Act as a key liaison between technical, business, and vendor teams, ensuring architectural alignment with organizational goals;

- Remote Work Model.

What You Are:

- 10+ years of professional experience in middleware and platform architecture;

- Proven expertise in Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, SOA, ServiceBus, and Tuxedo;

- Strong knowledge of LAMP stack technologies and their integration in enterprise-scale solutions;

- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) tools;

- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architecture principles;

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and automation frameworks;

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured and detail-oriented approach;

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across multidisciplinary teams;

- Proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement;

- Fluent English (spoken and written);

- European citizenship required.
