What You'll do:

- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.);

- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions;

- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, flows, approval processes, and validation rules;

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs, Platform Events, and other integration methods;

- Write and execute unit and integration tests to ensure code quality;

- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability;

- Stay current with new Salesforce releases and features, assessing their business impact;

- Maintain detailed technical documentation of developed solutions;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, efficient, and maintainable systems.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;

- 3+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer;

- Strong knowledge of Apex (classes, triggers, SOQL/SOSL) and Lightning Components (LWC and/or Aura);

- Experience with Salesforce declarative configuration (Flows, Process Builders, Validation Rules);

- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools (VS Code + Salesforce Extensions, Salesforce CLI, Workbench);

- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;

- Proactive and pragmatic mindset with autonomous learning ability;

- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);

- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon or Porto (mostly in-person).



Preferred Skills

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator);

- Experience with system integrations and version control tools;

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins);

- Experience with Salesforce DX;

- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
