What You'll do:

- Translate business needs into Data Quality rules, metrics, and remediation plans;

- Ensure alignment with Data Quality Index and governance principles;

- Perform data profiling and data quality assessments;

- Define and maintain Data Quality rules and scoring models;

- Conduct root cause analysis and define remediation actions;

- Support metadata management and data governance processes;

- Facilitate workshops and support stakeholder alignment;

- Prepare governance and quality reports for management;

- Hybrid work model; 

What You Are:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-intensive environments;

- Strong expertise in Data Quality (profiling, rule definition, scoring, root cause analysis, remediation);

- Strong SQL skills;

- Experience with Power BI;

- Experience with data governance and catalog tools (Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica);

- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and metadata management;

- Experience with requirements definition, process mapping, user stories, and UAT;

- Fluent English;
