What You'll do:

- Lead by example, demonstrating technical expertise and mentoring team members;

- Architect and maintain scalable backend services using serverless technologies, ensuring performance and reliability;

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Node.js, leveraging both JavaScript and TypeScript to support maintainability and team collaboration;

- Design and evolve RESTful APIs and microservices, aligning with best practices for modularity and scalability;

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and deliver impactful features that meet business goals;

- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and continuous improvement of development standards;

- Monitor and optimize application performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements in scalability and reliability;

- Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation within the team;

What You Are:

- 6+ years of professional experience in JavaScript development, demonstrating deep technical expertise and mentoring capabilities;

- Experience with Cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform or AWS);

- Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Next.js to support full-stack initiatives;

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) for streamlined deployment and automation;

- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform to support scalable and maintainable cloud infrastructure;
