What You'll do:

- Coordinate, control, and ensure the quality of release and deployment processes for Microsoft Dynamics 365;

- Enforce technical governance standards and ALM best practices across all releases;

- Act as a key liaison between development, architecture, and support teams;

- Manage multi-environment deployments (sandbox, staging, production);

- Ensure release stability and minimize risks and production impacts;

- Analyze solution dependencies, metadata, and version impacts;

- Oversee solution management (managed vs unmanaged solutions, segmentation, conflict resolution);

- Promote continuous improvement of release management processes;

- Ensure alignment between teams and consistent delivery standards;

- Hybrid Work Model.

Who You Are:

- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365;

- Strong knowledge of Power Platform ALM;

- Experience managing solutions (managed/unmanaged), segmentation, and conflict control;

- Ability to analyze dependencies, metadata, and version impacts;

- Experience managing multi-environment deployments;

- Knowledge of Git (GitFlow, branching strategies, pull requests, merges) – nice to have;

- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines – nice to have;

- Strong organizational and planning skills with great attention to detail;

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and support teams;

- Proactive mindset in problem identification and process improvement;

- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work under pressure;

- Strong focus on quality, technical rigor, and delivery consistency.
