What You'll do:

- Participate in an end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementation project

- Design, configure, and support BIB integrations between SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless data integration and process alignment

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into integration solutions

- Support testing activities, issue resolution, and go-live preparation

- Ensure integration stability, data consistency, and system performance

- Work closely with stakeholders in an international environment

Who You Are:

- Proven experience with BIB (Business Integration Builder)

- Experience in at least 3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementations

- More than 5 years of professional experience in SAP projects

- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors integrations

- Experience working in implementation projects

- Fluent in English (mandatory)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within international teams
