What You'll do:
- Collaborate with business units to identify, document, and prioritize AI use cases, assessing them based on business value, feasibility, and risk
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for AI applications and AI agents
- Support the enablement and adoption of AI solutions, including coordinating pilots, proofs of concept, and full-scale rollouts
- Drive user onboarding and enablement, ensuring effective adoption of AI tools across the organization
- Ensure alignment with AI governance frameworks, including data protection, security, and regulatory requirements, in collaboration with IT Security, Legal, and Compliance teams
- Provide hands-on support and guidance in the design and development of personal and role-based AI agents
- Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring successful delivery of AI-driven initiatives
What You Are:
- You have 4+ years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, AI enablement, or product management, with hands-on involvement in AI or automation initiatives
- You hold a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- You have a solid understanding of AI concepts, the AI application lifecycle, and enterprise IT environments (ideally within the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem)
- You are experienced in working with stakeholders to define, evaluate, and prioritize business use cases
- You understand data protection, security, and compliance considerations in the context of AI solutions
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear insights
- You are proactive, structured, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
- Fluent in English;
