What You'll do:

- Provide functional support and application maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).

- Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues within agreed SLAs.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Configure and maintain LMS functionalities, including learning items, curricula, programs, assignments, and user management.

- Support end users and key stakeholders by providing guidance, troubleshooting, and system expertise.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable LMS solutions.

- Implement system enhancements, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Ensure system stability, data integrity, and compliance with organizational learning processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to deliver effective learning solutions.

- Support SAP SuccessFactors releases by assessing impacts, validating new features, and recommending adoption opportunities.

- Maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.

Who You Are:

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).

- Strong knowledge of LMS configuration, administration, and support processes.

- Experience managing incidents, service requests, and application maintenance activities in a support environment.

- Familiar with learning assignments, curricula, programs, item management, user management, and reporting within SuccessFactors LMS.

- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.

- Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and integrations is considered a plus.

- Fluency in English is required
