What You'll do:

- Coordinate Application Security activities within the Cybersecurity team, ensuring alignment, visibility, and timely delivery

- Plan, prioritize, track, and report on application security initiatives in a dynamic, regulated financial environment

- Coordinate security assessments, including planning, execution tracking, and follow-up actions

- Oversee vulnerability management, ensuring proper tracking, remediation follow-up, and closure of findings

- Drive Secure SDLC initiatives and ensure consistent adoption across teams

- Manage delivery using JIRA/Kanban boards, including backlog management, task tracking, and reporting

- Facilitate communication between technical teams, security specialists, and business stakeholders

- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring timely escalation and resolution

- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, metrics, and security workflows

Who You Are:

- Proven experience in delivery coordination, project management, service management, or team coordination within IT, Cybersecurity, or Application Security contexts

- Strong hands-on experience with JIRA, Kanban boards, dashboards, backlog management, task tracking, and delivery reporting

- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain structure in fast-paced environments

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to gather relevant input from technical teams and present clear, concise updates to stakeholders

- Ability to understand technical topics and translate them into delivery plans, risks, decisions, and business-relevant messaging

- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution

- Proactive, assertive, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to challenge constructively and drive action closure

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including security engineers, developers, infrastructure teams, product owners, and management
