What You'll do:

- Operate and maintain the Databricks platform, ensuring the normal execution of jobs, error detection and resolution, and platform updates;

- Monitor and control the cataloging of Databricks processes within the organizations internal structures, ensuring consistency and standardization;

- Manage and control deployments to production environments, ensuring quality and stability;

- Design and implement automation mechanisms to monitor platform usage, costs, and storage consumption;

- Hybrid Work model.

Who You Are:

- Proven experience in managing and operating Databricks platforms;

- Knowledge of process automation;

- Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, PySpark, Git, CI/CD, and job monitoring and alerting;

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP);

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;

- Proactive, detail-oriented profile with strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
