What You'll do:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions;
- Guide and coordinate SAP DM development activities;
- Design and implement custom extensions, integrations, and enhancements;
- Implement integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and shop floor systems;
- Define and enforce technical standards and best practices;
- Mentor and support SAP DM developers;
- Support testing, deployment, and troubleshooting activities;
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and roadmap adoption;
- Collaborate with architects, functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver robust manufacturing execution solutions;
- Fluent in portuguese and english;
Who You Are:
- Senior level experience (5+ years);
- Hands-on experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM / DMC) development;
- Strong experience integrating SAP DM with SAP S/4HANA modules (PP, QM, MM, EWM);
- Experience with MES, SAP MII, or middleware solutions;
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and shop floor processes;
- Experience with integrations involving SAP BTP and shop floor systems;
- Experience working in Agile or project-based environments;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Strong technical leadership and team mentoring skills;
