What You'll do:

- Act as a senior Agile leader, guiding teams well beyond standard Scrum ceremonies and helping them truly live Agile principles on a daily basis;

- Support and accelerate Agile maturity by coaching teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on roles, collaboration, and value-driven delivery;

- Serve as a trusted facilitator who creates clarity around responsibilities across Product, Business, Project, and Delivery functions;

- Promote and embed Agile ways of working, including modern engineering practices and craftsmanship-oriented approaches;

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives at both team and organizational levels, acting as a catalyst for change;

- Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure a healthy, well-prioritized backlog aligned with business value and strategic objectives;

- Proactively identify, address, and remove obstacles impacting team performance, whether technical, organizational, or human;

- Encourage autonomy, accountability, and self-organization within teams while knowing when to step in and when to step back;

- Mentor and coach teams toward sustainable high performance and continuous learning;

- Collaborate with other Agile practitioners across the organization to share learnings, align practices, and strengthen Agile adoption overall;

Who You Are:

- Extensive experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a strong track record of supporting teams in complex environments;

- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and principles, with hands-on exposure to modern software development and engineering practices;

- Solid technical background, including prior experience as a software developer;

- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities, with the ability to help teams grow, evolve, and become self-sufficient;

- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing conflict, and influencing stakeholders at different levels of the organization;

- Excellent communication skills, with full professional proficiency in both English and French;

- Natural leadership presence combined with a pragmatic, people-oriented mindset;

- Ability to balance delivery focus with long-term transformation goals;

- Passion for quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement;

- Positive attitude, authentic personality, and a genuine sense of humour;
