What You'll do:
- Analyze and understand complex service and project-related business processes.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Implement, configure, optimize, and support Dynamics 365 Field Service and Project Operations environments.
- Advise stakeholders on process improvements, solution design, and system architecture.
- Act as a trusted advisor on both business and organizational challenges.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 solutions with existing business systems and applications.
- Ensure successful project delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
- Resolve implementation challenges and provide post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers to deliver CRM and Customer Engagement solutions.
- Identify new technologies and innovation opportunities to improve customer environments.
- Facilitate customer workshops, training sessions, and user adoption activities.
- Drive long-term customer success, satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree (HBO level) or equivalent professional and intellectual working level.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service, Project Operations, and/or Project Service Automation (PSA).
- Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective system solutions.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, implementation, and optimization.
- Comfortable working across both functional and technical project areas.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing consulting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Senior-level consulting experience with the ability to work independently.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the Netherlands for onsite customer meetings.
