What You'll do:

- Lead functional design and implementation of SAP FS-CM (Claims Management);

- Design and implement end-to-end claims management processes;

- Define and configure claims registration, lifecycle management, assessment, approval, settlement, payments, and recoveries;

- Ensure integration with SAP FS-PM, SAP FS-CD, and SAP FI / S/4HANA;

- Produce functional documentation;

- Support technical teams during implementation;

- Support functional testing and business UAT;

- Act as a senior consultant and functional reference for SAP Claims Management;

- Contribute to process optimisation and automation initiatives;

- Support digital transformation initiatives within the insurance domain;

- Hybrid Work Model;

What You Are:

- 5+ years of experience in SAP Insurance;

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP FS-CM (Claims Management);

- Deep knowledge of insurance claims processes;

- Experience working in regulated environments;

- Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects;

- Fluent in Portuguese and English;

Nice to have:

- Experience with SAP FS-PM;

- Experience with SAP FS-CD;

- Experience with SAP FS-ICM;

- Experience with digital channels;

- Experience with SAP BTP and workflow services;
